Improving Peripheral Vision

June 11th, 2014

I attended a circus workshop two years ago and I benefited from it a lot more than I thought that I would. One day I came across a juggling class while I was browsing online and I was interested right away.

The instructor advised me over the phone that this class helps the brain deal with grasping and reaching, including improving your over-all peripheral vision. The juggling process is well-known for its gentle exercise and the more you practice, the better you get.

Benefits Of Attending Juggling Classes

  • Will build up your self confidence
  • Improves the hand to eye coordination
  • Increases your reflex speed and sense of rhythm
  • A better sense of well-being and lowered stress

They also have these types of classes for children and I am getting ready to sign up my seven year old. He is very interested every time that I juggle anything around the house.

Better Than Beer

May 29th, 2014

Feeling stressed and tired, I looked through the local phone book trying to find new ways to relax and unwind. Drinking a few beers at the local pub was just not cutting it anymore. I needed something new and fresh. I decided on a massage, and after calling a few of the higher end spa’s, I decided on one that specialized in thai massage Bristol. It sounded very relaxing. After arriving at the spa I was delighted to learn that I would not have to disrobe, as my body is not the finest form of manhood to look upon, but I could wear my gym shorts and t-shirt. The therapist entered and began his work. It was not what I imagined. He took me through a series of yoga like stretches using his hands, knees and legs, doing most or all of the work by his own strength. After the yoga-like stretching session, he then took me through what was called muscle compression and acupressure. The session lasted for over an hour and though it was not the deep, relaxing massage I had imagined, I felt both relaxed and energized, it was better than beer.

Spa Day

May 20th, 2014

I made it through Thanksgiving and Christmas in one piece. I also made it through countless parties and family events. Even though I successfully made it through the holidays, I do not feel refreshed. It is clear that I need a day to myself. There is nothing better than a day alone at the spa to recharge. Just thinking about spending a day being pampered is enough to put me in a good mood. I decided for this trip I will arrive and get a thai massage Glasgow as my first treatment. After the massage, I plan to spend the rest of the day relaxing by the pool. For lunch, I will be served by the pool and maybe I will even enjoy a cocktail too. I have just the perfect book to read for my day at the spa and a great new bathing suit to wear by the pool. Spa day can’t come soon enough.

Unique Business Correspondence

May 17th, 2014

My boss is always stocked up on our companies stylish letterheads that we picked out several years ago. We went back and forth for over a month with our different options because we wanted to make sure that it was very professional looking. He did not care how much he had to pay, he knew that it would be representing his company for many years to come.

We even have stationary, business cards and envelopes that include all of our contact information, so that we can be found easily. Even our website information is available on our customized letterhead, which gains our website more daily traffic and sales. I personally believe that our company stands out from our other competitors because our very unique correspondence is remembered by many of our returning customers.

Drops of Rain

April 22nd, 2014

When I had bought my new home I had never had a sun roof and this home had two sun roofs. I was so elated and had my own switch on the wall to close and open both roof blinds Manchester. I had not had any problems with either blind, and enjoyed many evenings watching television, working on the computer, or having friends and family over for a meal and visit.

One evening as I sat in the living room listening to the rain outside, I could feel drops of water coming down on my head. Moving furniture out of the way and grabbing a large bucket to catch the water, I closed the blinds, and called out a professional to have the windows and blinds replaced before the water could ruin anything inside.

Creating My Own Space

April 3rd, 2014

I recently moved into a house with two of my best friends. The place is affordable, but definitely needed some work in order to make it feel welcoming and like “home.” The space I was most concerned about was my room. After all, it would be the place I could relax in after a long day at work or after class, and where I’d be spending time with my fiancé in the future. The thing I knew instantly needed to go were the blinds. They were old, dirty, and abused by the previous owners. New shutter blinds were the first thing on my list. Once I replaced them, I could start renovating the rest of my room and the house. Picking out the right blinds would allow me to focus on other aspects of my room and new home, rather than the focusing on the thing I disliked the most. And it worked.

Jokes on Us

February 7th, 2014

Last April fools my brother and I had stuck a rather large amount of adult nappies to my fathers truck. When he went to go to work he saw hundreds of them plastered to the outside and inside of his vehicle. The look on his face was priceless. We laughed hystarically until we spend the next hour peeling them off. My father let out a small giggle when he saw it and than proceeded to turn around and threaten us. If we hadn’t of taken them off we would have lost our camping trip and our cars for a week. So just when we thought the joke was on him, tables turned and it was on us. My father is a mellow man but the one thing no one can ever do is belittle him or fool him in any ways shape or form.
